Do you need a Sounding Board?
Are you feeling stuck and ready to move, but unsure how?
Do you have an idea, decision, or situation you’d like to explore more deeply?
Are you looking for clarity and perspective before taking your next step?
If so, a Sounding Board session might be exactly what you need.
Sounding Board sessions are focused, one-off 90-minute conversations designed to help you think clearly about a specific challenge, idea, or point of uncertainty. They offer a calm, structured space where you can think aloud, explore different angles, and hear your own thinking more clearly.
This isn’t about advice or quick fixes. It’s about creating the conditions for you to arrive at your own insight and leave with a clear next step.
Although I am trained as a counsellor, Sounding Board sessions are not therapy. They are ideal when you’re not looking for ongoing therapeutic work, but rather a focused space to organise your thinking about a specific challenge and move forward.
Drawing on my experience as both a counsellor and a market researcher, I bring thoughtful questioning, careful listening, and structured reflection to help you see your situation from different angles and make decisions with greater confidence.
If helpful, you can also book a 30-minute follow-up session within 12 months of your initial conversation - a chance to reflect on what has unfolded, reconnect with your direction, or explore a new point of clarity.
