Hello and welcome.

I’m Diya and I am a qualified integrative counsellor and therapist. I work with individuals (18 +) and offer both short-term and on-going therapy sessions depending on individual needs and requirements.

I work:

  • In-person in therapy rooms in London bridge, Clapham Junction and Wimbledon.

  • Online and over the phone. I welcome clients from any location.

I work in a non-judgemental, supportive, collaborative and culturally sensitive way. I feel strongly about counselling and therapy sessions being meaningful for clients. My training enables me to tailor my approach to meet unique needs and preferences.

I am registered with the professional body, the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). I abide by their ethical and professional requirements.

Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked in the marketing and customer research sector for over 9 years. I have also run my own consulting business. This has given me an understanding of the pressures of working in a fast paced environment.

I currently have limited availability for in-person sessions. I am available for online and phone sessions during the day and evenings. Please get in touch with me for more information about available slots.

Everyone has a unique reason for considering counselling and therapy.

Life can often be challenging and tough.

Maybe you’re experiencing difficulties in relationships or at work. Perhaps you’re dealing with the loss of a loved one or a beloved pet. Your sense of confidence might be a bit shaky or you may be feeling anxious, worried or angry.

You might have identified certain patterns of thinking or behaviour which are not working for you any more. Perhaps difficult and traumatic experiences are continuing to impact you. Your current life or the future could be feeling hopeless, joyless or confusing. You may want to learn more about yourself or achieve new goals.

Whatever challenges or difficulties that you are experiencing, counselling and therapy can help. It takes courage to take this step.
